I never had a wedding, as my husband and I were married at the courthouse during COVID. This in part, led me to a visual investigation and abstraction of my parents wedding album. I scanned certain images in and made them into visual abstractions. Since they are divorced now, it was a nice practice to remind myself that nothing is permanent and that is also alright.
